This Terms of Service agreement ("the "Agreement") specifies the terms and conditions for access to and use of monroneylabels.com (the "Site") and describes the terms and conditions applicable to your access of and use of the Site. This Agreement may be modified at any time by Highline Sale Investor Group LLC dba Monroney Labels, a LeadVenture Inc brand (“Monroney”) upon posting of the modified Agreement. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately. You can view the most recent version of these terms at any time at monroneylabels.com/pages/tos. Each use by you shall constitute and be deemed your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

MONRONEY MAKES NO WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE SERVICES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, PROVIDED BY USE OF THE SITE. MONRONEY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION CONCERNING THE SERVICES OR INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE. Any user who accesses or uses the Site (a “User”) acknowledges that Monroney does not guarantee the information provided by the Site, including manufacturer’s suggested retail price, is correct, accurate, or complete. User shall not sell, publish, distribute or change the data, but is permitted to include the information on a website to describe the vehicle or as a window sticker on the vehicle.

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Monroney and any provider of data to Monroney and further agrees that any damages claimed by User for inaccurate or incomplete information are limited to a refund of the fee paid for such information.

The Site may offer you the ability to email certain pages of the Site to a friend or other third-party. If you choose to use the “Email a Page” functionality, your name, email address, and any message you are allowed to include will be visible to the recipient of the email. The “Email a Page” functionality is for informational purposes only and may not be used for any unlawful purpose, including any harassment or threats. Information collected by Monroney through the “Email a Page” functionality shall be used in accordance with Monroney’s Privacy Policy.

Any credit card information you may provide to Monroney is secured during transmission over the internet using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Monroney uses your credit card information only to bill you for the products and services you order from the Site and to help detect and prevent fraud. We do not share your credit card information with anyone, except as may be necessary to process your transactions, detect and/or prevent fraud, or comply with law.
